The DRUMJAM team is headed by Roberto Narain, whose talent and experience as a drummer is complemented by his people skills and expertise in leading rhythm-based activities.

Trained by the founder of the modern Worldwide Drumcircle Movement, Arthur Hull, Roberto has facilitated programmes for corporate houses across sectors like IT, Banking & Finance, Pharma, Infrastructure, Manufacturing, Hospitality, FMCG, Service Industry, Media, Education and others. Some of the corporations he has worked with include Google, BCCI (Indian Cricket Team), IBM, Microsoft, Infosys, Wipro, Oracle, Mind Tree, Accenture, HSBC, Credit Suisse, General Motors, Apollo Tyres, Reuters, Medtronic, BIAL, 3M, SAP, Bennett, Coleman and Co., TCS, Ixoraa Media, Atkins and Titan Industries among others. Roberto is one of the leading trained corporate drum circle facilitators in the country, and is a member of the international Drum Circle Facilitators’ Guild.

Roberto's musical credentials are impressive. He has been playing the drums since the age of thirteen and has performed in a variety of styles on stages across India and the world. Roberto has worked with musicians such as L. Subramaniam and Konarak Reddy, and his Carnatic music studies with T.A.S. Mani of the Karnataka College of Percussion have added depth and richness to his drumming. His solo performances on the Roland V-Drums, the first of which was 'Sounds from My Mind', have given audiences a chance to experience the delights of textural drumming enhanced by eye-catching visuals. Roberto is currently the brand ambassador for Roland, Japan.

In addition to his considerable musical talent, Roberto is also well-tuned to the finer points of business. As an entrepreneur, he has played a key role in the modernisation of the gold jewellery market in India, in accordance with international standards and business practices.
